This refund policy applies to purchases made via this website, which is operated from the Netherlands and serves customers in the European Union and other territories where we sell. 1. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. 2. Effects of withdrawal

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 3. Return of goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible, in a resaleable condition (subject to any exceptions under applicable law for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery).

If the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund).
